Since launching BRB in 2018, we have received countless emails from travellers wondering what type of accommodation they will get if they subscribe to BRB.
And since they say a "picture is worth a thousand words", the BRB team has decided to show you 10 of the hotels you could be staying at on your next BRB trip. Ready? Here we go!
If you have not yet checked our destinations page, you will see that not only do we cover 70 destinations across Europe but that when it comes to your accommodation, our promise to you is simple.
"Hand picked accommodation. Minimum 3* hotels with great customer ratings, in city center locations. Our team always looks for the best."
But what does 'the best' actually mean and how do we ensure that all our hotels offer amazing value for money to you, our customers?
It's really simple and we follow a 3-step process to select our hotels and decide whether or not we keep working with them, year in and year out.
Research: Quality & Athenticity
When we launched BRB in 2018, our team of travel experts spent months researching some of the best hotels across Europe, using a range of criteria from star rating, location, available amenities, to customer ratings and overall look and feel of the property.
Our aim was simple in that we wanted to 'delight our customers'. We wanted every single BRB traveller's jaw to drop when they walked into their hotel, so we only selected hotels in Europe that made us feel that way.
We also wanted to offer hotels that we felt were more 'local', 'authentic', 'artsy' or 'boutique', so we primarily stayed away from large hotel chains (with a few exceptions) and focused on highly rated independent hotels instead, properties we believed offer great value for money.
Hotel Visit: The BRB Project
The second part of our vetting process is a hotel visit. But unlike most hotel visits, we do not tell hotels that a member of the BRB team is going to come and stay with them.
Instead, our team goes 'undercover'. Our travel experts simply go on standard BRB breaks (as you would) and get to assess the quality of hotels as if they were BRB customers - from the check in process to the quality of the rooms and service.
Only hotels that pass the 'research' and 'hotel visit' phases make it onto our panel of hotels.
Customer Feedback
After each trip, BRB customers are asked to rate their holiday, which includes an overall rating of their trip, as well as individual ratings for the choice of destination, airline and hotel.
The hotel rating and feedback provided is used to determine whether or not hotels in our panel 'delight' our customers.
Those that do, remain our hotel partners. Those that don't, are replaced with properties that we believe are better suited for our customers. This is a constantly evolving process and whilst we may not always get it right, we think our current hotel mix is incredible and offer the best value for money possible.
Ok, so now you understand how we select our hotels and work with them, let's have a look at 10 of our most popular properties, in no particular order.
The 4* Privilege Suites, is one of our favourites hotels in Krakow. Each guest has the comfort of their own apartment, all carefully designed with modern lines and furniture.

Enjoy a drink at the end of a busy day on your own private terrace with a beautiful view.

And with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5, it's one of the best hotels in Krakow according to travellers!
The H10 Art Gallery Hotel is a 4 star superior hotel in the Eixample district of Barcelona.
At BRB, we like sending our guests there as the hotel is incredibly well located to explore Barcelona, but it remains slightly off the beaten track so you're not going to be surrounded by tourists the minute you leave the hotel, which is always a plus in my book.
As the name suggests, the hotel showcases various pieces of art including paintings and sculptures, both in the communal areas and in the bedrooms, which makes for a great environment!

But the piece de resistance remains the terrace with hammocks and swimming pool on the 7th floor. This has to be the best place to relax after a long day walking the city.

And with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5, how can you not have an amazing stay there?
The 5* Dom Pedro Palace is situated in the city centre in front of the Amoreiras Shopping centre and near to Marquês de Pombal and the luxury boutiques of Avenida da Liberdade.

With access to the hotels' Spa Aquae, breathtaking views from your hotel room and an unique design, you will truly feel like royalty during your stay in the Dom Pedro Palace.

One thing I must mention is that the hotel is frequently visited by celebrities so do not be surprised if you bump into your favourite superstar.
Residenza Delle Citta is specially designed for those who like to feel at home during their trip, so it is not what we would call a regular hotel. But here at BRB, we love surprising our travellers with quirky hotels and Residenza Delle Citta is one of our favourites in Milan.

As I said before, this is not a regular hotel and that is because the guests have the comfort of a private apartment designed by a young architect using modern lines of interior design.

With an average rating of 4.5/5, it is one of the best rated apartments in Milan and since it has its own private fitness room, you won't need to worry about having too much pasta during your trip!
Centrally located at just a few minutes walk from the Palace of Culture and Sience as well as the Old Town, Puro Warszawa Centrum is the perfect place to be when visiting Warsaw.
Beautifully designed to showcase local artists, each room has its own individual curation of modern art. It's like sleeping in an art gallery!

You can relax at the end of a long day at the hotel's rooftop bar where you can enjoy a traditional Polish drink and the amazing view.

With a 4.5/5 average rating, Puro Warszawa Centrum is another one of those hotels that is highly rated by customers and why it has made it onto our panel of hotels!
The 4* Deck Hotel is situated just a few meters away from the iconic Promenade des Anglais.
From the entrance, the unique corridor dares the colors of the Mediterranean, which reflect the spirit of the place: an escape on the deck of a boat.

The rooms are also following a similar nautical theme, with French influences in the design and furniture, the perfect place to be on the Cote d'Azur.

With an average rating of 4.5/5, The 4* Deck Hotel by HappyCulture will definitely be an unforgettable experience!
The Palazzo Navona Hotel is situated in the heart of the city near Piazza Navona, walking distance to most main attractions.
As you enter the hotel, the design will make you feel as if you are in a modern palace - instantly making ou feel like a royal!

After a full day of walking and admiring this wonderful city, I recommend visiting the rooftop bar at the Palazzo Navona Hotel where you will be able to relax and enjoy the view.

And with an average rating of 4.5 out of 5, we think it's one of the best hotels for BRB customers who are visiting Rome!
As you enter the hotel, you will immediately remember why Hubert Grand Palace is one of our BRB favourites in Brussels. The lobby has an amazing modern design, very welcoming staff and even a food truck in the afternoon!

With an impressive 4.5/5 rating, a unique design and coveniently located next to the most popular attractions such as Grand Palace, 4* Hotel Hubert will ensure a luxurious-like stay.

And if you enjoy a morning workout even on holiday, you'll be happy to know that all hotel guests have access to a private gym so you don't have to worry about having too much Belgian chocolate!
Prague is a popular destination for BeRightBack subscribers and whilst we work with plenty of hotels there, one of our favourites is the four-star Questenberk Hotel, located in the Baroque Questenberk Palace near the Strahov Monastery and only 500 meters from Prague Castle!
We love sending people to this hotel because this is an historic-style hotel which features original wooden ceilings, not to mention the amazing panoramic views over the city! And since it's ranked #15 of 600+ hotels in the city, we know it always delight customers!

Budapest seems to be a popular 'bucket list' destination for BRB travellers and one of our favourite hotels is the four-star Continental Hotel, which opened in 2010 at the former site of Hungaria Bath, a protected Art Nouveau building.
We love sending customers there because not only is this an architectural masterpiece with each room boasting Art Deco style, but it is also centrally located and has a swimming pool and a spa.
But our favourite part of this hotel has to be the grand entrance hall which looks out of this world.
